Simple reminders for handling, cleaning and storing cookware. Always follow the instructions for your exact model.
Read the supplied instructions and check compatibility with your hob. Remove packaging and clean the piece as directed before it touches food.
Do not assume induction, oven or dishwasher suitability from appearance. A glass lid or a metal handle can have its own temperature limit.
Use a stable cooking surface. Keep handles safely positioned and use suitable heat protection. Metal parts, lids and grips can become hot.
Use utensils appropriate to the surface, and keep children away from hot cookware. Never leave cooking unattended.
Place hot cookware on a heat-resistant surface. Allow it to cool before cleaning and avoid sudden changes in temperature.
Follow the model’s cleaning instructions. Avoid abrasive pads or harsh cleaning products unless the manufacturer specifically permits them.
Let each piece dry before putting it away. Protect surfaces when stacking and store glass lids where they cannot fall.
If a handle is loose, a lid is damaged or the cooking surface changes unexpectedly, stop using the piece and contact the seller.
