How does payment on delivery work?
Place your order online with your contact and delivery details. You receive an order number and delivery estimate, then pay the displayed total on delivery. Nothing is charged online.
How long does delivery take?
Allow 1 working day for processing after your order is placed, then an estimated 3–5 working days after dispatch from London, United Kingdom. Usually 4–6 working days in total. Weekends and public holidays are excluded.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard delivery within the EU is free, with no minimum order. The total is shown in your bag and at checkout.
Can I return my cookware?
Request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. The store pays return shipping. Your statutory withdrawal and faulty-goods rights remain unaffected. Read the returns policy for the procedure and conditions.
Which size should I choose?
Use the dimensions on the product page. Diameter is the width across the opening; base diameter and height are listed separately where the supplier provides them. Check whether your chosen option includes a lid.
Will it work on my hob?
Compatibility must be checked for the exact model and size. Do not assume that a metal finish means induction compatibility. Confirm hob, oven and dishwasher suitability against the model instructions before use.
Where is the cookware sent from?
Dispatch is from London, United Kingdom. This describes the shipping location, not the country of manufacture. For product-specific information, contact support@severon.shop.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Keep the packaging and note the issue. Contact the seller with your order reference and a description; photographs can help explain the damage. Legal rights for faulty or non-conforming goods are separate from the 30-day returns offer.
