Browsing and your bag

The hosting service processes technical data needed to serve and protect the website, including IP address, browser details and request time. Essential first-party session storage keeps your bag, security token and access to your conversation. No account is required. No advertising or analytics provider is installed. Chat and support

When you send a chat message, we store the message, time, conversation reference, browser-session identifier and optional email privately so the team can answer. An email is optional and is not shown in a public review. Chat history is accessible only through your browser session and to authorised store operators. Live replies are currently unavailable; providing an email does not trigger an automated email or subscribe you to marketing.

We process a requested enquiry to take pre-contract steps under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, or on the basis of legitimate interests in answering general service enquiries under Article 6(1)(f), as appropriate. Do not submit card details or sensitive personal information.

Product reviews

We collect the display name, rating, title, text, submission time and publication permission you provide. Reviews are stored privately for moderation. Only approved reviews are made public. We do not verify purchases or label submissions as verified purchases. Moderation addresses spam, abuse, personal data and relevance; negative feedback is not excluded because it is negative.

Public display relies on your consent under Article 6(1)(a). You can withdraw publication permission by contacting support@severon.shop with your review reference. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully carried out. Your email, address or order details should not be included in a public review.

Orders and consumer requests

We process your selected items, prices, quantities, contact and delivery details to receive and fulfil your order under Article 6(1)(b). Consumer-rights, accounting and other legal duties may require processing under Article 6(1)(c). No card details are collected. Order confirmations and dated withdrawal acknowledgements are available to download. Contact and withdrawal forms record the name, email, order reference, message and time of submission privately so we can handle the request.

Hosting and recipients

This deployed website uses Vercel for hosting and server functions. Chat and pending-review records are stored in a private Vercel Blob store in the Frankfurt region. Public page delivery and provider support or security processing can involve other locations; this region setting is not a promise that all processing stays inside the EU. Authorised store operators can access support and moderation records.

Data may be shared with delivery carriers, customs or tax services and accounting advisers where necessary for fulfilment or legal duties. We use relevant contractual safeguards where a transfer requires them. Contact support@severon.shop for questions about recipients and your data. No Telegram, marketing, analytics or external chat provider is connected in this version.

Retention

Order and related accounting records are retained for six years from the end of the relevant company financial year, or longer where a specific legal requirement or dispute applies. Withdrawal and refund correspondence linked to an order may be retained with those records. General contact enquiries are retained for up to 90 days after handling.

Chat records are retained for up to 90 days after the last message. Unpublished reviews are retained for up to 90 days after submission. Approved reviews remain displayed until permission is withdrawn or the review or product is removed. Proportionate abuse-control records are retained for no longer than 24 hours. A record needed for a specific dispute or legal duty may be retained longer for that purpose. Operators must run the documented retention task; no indefinite support archive is intended.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Consent can be withdrawn. Contact support@severon.shop, using your conversation or review reference where possible. You may complain to a supervisory authority in the EU, including where you live or work, or to the UK Information Commissioner where applicable.
