30 days to request a return
You may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your cookware. We pay return shipping. This store offer adds to your statutory withdrawal and faulty-goods rights; it does not replace them.
Arrange a return
Email support@severon.shop or use the online withdrawal form with your name, order number and the items being returned. No reason is needed for statutory withdrawal. We provide the prepaid return route.

Statutory withdrawal
For eligible online purchases, you normally have 14 calendar days after delivery to notify us of withdrawal. For an order delivered in separate parcels, the statutory period generally starts when the last item is received. Our 30-day request period gives you additional time.
After notifying withdrawal, return the goods without undue delay and within 14 calendar days. Return shipping is paid by us. You may inspect goods as you would in a shop. You may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Lack of original packaging alone does not remove statutory rights.
Refunds
For statutory withdrawal, we refund payments received, including any refundable standard outbound delivery cost, within 14 calendar days of being informed. Standard EU shipping is free. Where permitted, we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence of return, whichever comes first.
Refunds use the original payment method unless you expressly agree to another method, without a refund fee. For cash-on-delivery payments, contact us to agree a practical refund method. We do not ask you to send card details in the chat.
Faulty or damaged goods
Contact us if goods are faulty, damaged or not as described. The 30-day store offer does not limit the minimum two-year EU legal guarantee for qualifying non-conformity or longer rights under applicable national law.
Legal remedies may include repair or replacement free of charge and, where the legal conditions are met, a price reduction or refund. We cover necessary return costs for qualifying faulty-goods claims.
