Placing an order
Select the product and option, choose a quantity and review your bag. Enter your contact and delivery details, review the full total and agree to these terms. Selecting “Place order — pay on delivery” places an order with an obligation to pay the displayed total when it is delivered.
The confirmation page provides your order number, items, total and estimated delivery dates. Save the downloadable order confirmation for your records. If we cannot fulfil an item, we will contact you to resolve the order rather than substitute a different product without your agreement.
Prices and payment
Prices and checkout totals are in EUR. The displayed order total is the amount due on delivery. Standard EU shipping is free. The seller covers import VAT, customs duties and carrier customs-clearance fees; no separate import bill is passed to you.
No payment is taken online and no card details are collected. Pay the carrier when your parcel arrives, using the method supported by the delivery service. There is no fee charged by this store for selecting payment on delivery.
Products and selected options
The selected option determines the dimensions, finish and included lid or other accessories. Supplier-stated measurements allow normal measurement variation. Food, utensils and other styling props are not included. Check model instructions for hob suitability, oven limits and cleaning before use.
Delivery
Dispatch is from London, United Kingdom. Allow 1 working day for processing and an estimated 3–5 working days after dispatch. Customs, public holidays and carrier disruption may add time. See the delivery policy.
Returns and consumer rights
Request a return within 30 calendar days of receipt. We pay return shipping. This store offer does not reduce the statutory right of withdrawal, legal guarantees or remedies for non-conforming goods. Read the returns policy and use the withdrawal form or email an unambiguous statement.
Corrections and cancellation
Contact support@severon.shop promptly with your order number if you need to correct or cancel an order. We will explain the available options according to its fulfilment stage. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Send complaints to support@severon.shop or write to the registered office above, including the order number and the outcome sought. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer protection or applicable consumer jurisdiction rules in your country of habitual residence. No exclusive UK-court clause overrides those protections.
